Returning to your credits or projects?
Restore your workspace with the private key you saved. Credits do not expire. Cloud-saved projects belong to that workspace; browser-only projects stay on the device where you created them.

Cold starts can take up to three minutes. Resume the saved request to check it; the same request ID prevents a duplicate charge. Failed recordings return their credits automatically.
Open your projects →Keep your finished audio
Download MP3 or WAV files within seven days of generation. Project backups preserve the script and recording references, not the audio files. Regenerating expired audio is a new paid recording, quoted before you start.
Payments and refunds
OpenSpeech credits are prepaid, with no subscription or automatic top-up. Stripe processes payments for SuperTools. For a payment issue or unused-credit refund request, use this form with the purchase date and receipt reference. Please leave out card details.

Bring text you have permission to use. Kokoro’s model weights are Apache-2.0 licensed; model licensing and Replicate’s service terms still apply. Buying credits does not grant rights to third-party scripts, brands or identities. Other models have their own terms.
